How we handle expressions of interest

This notice covers messages sent through the routes on Build Axiocost with us during the initial founding-team and internship campaign.

Last updated 15 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Senoni Limited is the controller for initial applications. It is a private limited company registered in England under company number 13591822, with its registered office at Mansion House, Manchester Road, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 4RW, United Kingdom. Contact: philippe.dagher@senoni.com.

This notice concerns the initial campaign only. Any later founder, employment or placement agreement will state which entity is party to it and how your information is handled from then on.

What we use your message for

To reply to your expression of interest, to consider the founding-team or internship route you chose, and to arrange an initial conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, keep you in an open-ended talent pool, publish or redistribute your message, or use it to train any model.

Lawful basis

Taking steps at your request before a possible engagement (Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR), and our legitimate interest in building the Axiocost team and replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).

What we need, and what is optional

Who sees it

Philippe Dagher reviews initial applications and makes the initial selection decisions. Anyone else who needed to see an application would be authorised by him for that route only, limited to what they need, and listed in this notice before having access.

Messages are received and stored by our email hosting provider, Gandi SAS, 63–65 boulevard Masséna, 75013 Paris, France, acting as our processor.

Applications are not placed in the website source, its repository, test output or screenshots.

Automated decisions and AI

No automated scoring, ranking, rejection or selection is used. We do not use generative AI tools to evaluate candidates, and during this campaign we do not submit identifiable applications, messages or attachments to such tools for that purpose. Like other email services, our provider may apply automated spam and security filtering; this notice does not claim otherwise.

International transfers

Our email provider is established in France, in the European Economic Area, which UK data-protection law recognises as providing adequate protection for personal data sent from the United Kingdom.

How long we keep it

For the active recruitment period, then up to six months after that process concludes. After that, messages are deleted or reduced to the minimum needed. Two exceptions have their own documented basis and restricted handling: records needed for an engagement agreed with you, and information that must be kept for a specific legal claim or obligation.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your information, for its correction or deletion, for its use to be restricted, or for a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Write to philippe.dagher@senoni.com. Some rights apply only in certain circumstances.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). If you live or work in France, you may also be able to complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr, in French).

Changes

If the people who read applications, or the provider that stores them, change, this notice will be updated before the change applies.
